AppValidate Refund Policy

AppValidate is a $29 digital product that is delivered to you immediately, so purchases are generally non-refundable. You can preview an idea with our free teaser before you pay, and if a report genuinely fails to generate we will make it right, including a full refund of that report.

Why purchases are non-refundable
An AppValidate report costs $29 as a one-off charge. The moment your payment succeeds we begin the research and email you a private link to the finished report, usually within a few minutes. Because the report is a digital product delivered immediately and cannot be returned once it has been produced and read, purchases are generally non-refundable.
We think that is fair because you can see what you are getting before you pay. The free teaser gives you a genuine preview of an idea with no account and no payment, so you can decide whether the full report is worth it to you.
Re-runs and packs
Every paid report includes one free re-run, and further re-runs (bought one-off or as a pack) are also digital products delivered immediately, so the same non-refundable stance applies. Banked re-runs from a pack keep their full value until you use them, so nothing you buy is lost to time.
If something went wrong
If your report failed to generate, or something else went genuinely wrong, we want to put it right. Email hello@appvalidate.io with the email address you paid with and a short description of what happened. Where a report could not be produced, we will regenerate it or refund it in full.
If you believe your circumstances warrant an exception outside those cases, you can still write to hello@appvalidate.io and make your case. We consider every request in good faith, but any refund outside a genuine failure is granted entirely at our sole discretion and is not a right.
Where a refund is granted, it returns to your original payment method via Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Bank processing times vary; expect a few business days for a granted refund to appear.
Fraud and abuse
We may decline or reverse a refund, and refuse or terminate access, in cases of fraudulent or abusive activity, repeated chargebacks or payment disputes, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your own jurisdiction. Where such law gives you a right to a refund that this policy does not, that law prevails.
